INTERWOVEN | ENTRELAÇADO EXHIBITION

On June 12, our Porto gallery reopens with an exhibition entitled Interwoven | Entrelaçado, showcasing our collaborations in the world of weaving and textiles.

Both a retrospective and a launch, the exhibition celebrates our past 5 years of partnerships with artisan weavers, and releases new work, looking toward an even more prolific five years ahead.

Launches include an upholstery collection created in collaboration with Fabricaal, Monsaraz-based specialist weavers of Portuguese blankets, and special editions of select furniture integrating these textiles.

Also being released are new colourways of the artisanal linen from Lisbon-based Flores Textile Studio, which we offer on our our Arts & Crafts Cabinet, hand-dyed by Isabelle Ormieres.

The new products will be exhibited alongside our existing product collaborations with these workshops, as well as our pieces with London-based textile artist Catarina Riccabona, whose weaving features on our Arts & Crafts Cabinet, and with Castanheira-based basketweaving workshop Toino Abel including Twenty-Five Bedside, as well as the Twenty-Five Bed with junco headboard.

Interwoven | Entrelaçado is a unique opportunity to enjoy the intersection of weaving and furniture craft and to indulge in the symphony of textures from solid wood to woven junco, wool, flax, and more.
